HP Recommended

While attempting to upgrade from windows 10 to windows 11 my screen showed the hp logo and the circle for several hours before I powered down and tried to reboot.

It won't boot up.  I attempted to find a way to reboot, system reset, and eventually got a message that the system cannot find fhe file specified (0x80070002).  Any suggestions?
