Hello,

 

I will get an "Administrator Privileges Required" error box that randomly pops up on my desktop that says: HpHwDiag cannot run under a Standard User account. Please login as an administrator to perform diagnostics.  It has an ok button, that I click on the error message disappears for a while but pops up again later.   How would I fix this error message?

@nicp81 -- mover your mouse-pointer over the HPHWDIAG item, and click with the right-side mouse-button, and choose "Run As Administrator ID". You may be required to enter the password for that ID.
