Good afternoon everyone.
I'm going crazy over the following problem:
From time to time when I restart or shut down the computer appears in the reliability history error in SysInfoCap.exe.
I found out that this event has to do with the HP System Info HSA Service.
If you uninstall HP Support Assistant the error will disappear.
But in the last month I tried all the ways to solve the problem since completely uninstalling this software and doing a clean installation of it several times and also seeing if the problem was in the cumulative updates of Windows 10 and nothing, when I did a few restarts or starts, the problem comes back.
Since I don't want to be without HP Support Assistant, I would like to know, because I have already done all the tests possible if this error is serious or if I can live with it as long as my desktop and HP Support Assistant work correctly?
Best regards.

Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
I also see goofy program error messages in Reliability History: (Windows Media Player and RGB Fusion are doing this on my PC now).
Don't worry about this if your PC runs good and HP Support Assistant works correctly.
