Dear HP Support Team,

 

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to request access to the archived driver packs (SoftPaqs) for the HP mt46 Mobile Thin Client, particularly the camera, chipset, and system drivers that are no longer available on the public support page.

 

My device details:

 

Model: HP mt46 Mobile Thin Client

 

Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 PRO

 

Operating System: Windows 11

 

Hardware ID for Camera: USB\VID_30C9&PID_0011&MI_00\7&2dbb3531&0&0000

 

Issue: The internal webcam LED lights up but shows no video; Device Manager says “requires further installation.”

 

 

I believe this can be resolved by reinstalling the original SoftPaq driver package.

Could you please assist me by providing:

 

1. The original driver pack (SoftPaq) for HP mt46

 

 

2. Any archived drivers related to:

 

Webcam / Camera driver

 

Chipset

 

AMD graphics

 

System or firmware drivers

 

If a direct download link is not available, kindly provide any alternative way to obtain these packages.
