Pavilion Desktop 590-p0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new PC.  Getting the following errors:

Event ID 1000. Task Category (100):  Faulting application name: SolutionFinder.exe, version: 1.1.0.1, time stamp: 0x5c876eba

Event ID 1026, .Net Runtime:  Application: SolutionFinder.exe

Event ID 1026, .Net Runtime:  Application: HpHwDiag.exe

Various posts have said to uninstall/reinstall the HP Diagnostics, though I can't find how to do that.

Want to clear up my event logs by correcting this.

Thanks in advance.

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

Is your new PC working correctly?

My PC's Event Viewer is loaded (5949 events) with warnings and errors. My PC is working fine.

Scammers use "Event Viewer" error messages to sell fake and, sometimes, malicious security or system utility software.

Example of my Event Viewer:

Thanks for the feedback.

Ever since windows 3.1 I  always troubleshoot/resolve errors in the event log.  Letting them go attended will ultimately result in much bigger problems.

Hi,

You're very welcome.

Again, is your PC working good?

Hope you solve all Event Viewer problems.

Regards
