It sounds like there might be an issue with either the Roblox installer or your system’s archive handling. Here are a few steps that might help:

1. Check Archive Settings: If you're using a specific program to unzip or run the installer (like WinRAR or 7-Zip), make sure it’s up to date. Sometimes, an outdated archive tool can cause errors.

2. Redownload Roblox: Try downloading a fresh installer directly from the Roblox website. Corrupted downloads can lead to errors.

3. Run as Administrator: Right-click the Roblox installer and choose 'Run as administrator' to give it the necessary permissions.

4. Clear Temporary Files: Temporary files can sometimes interfere with installations. Try running Disk Cleanup (Windows) or clear cache files if you're on macOS.

5. Disable Antivirus Temporarily: Sometimes, antivirus software may block downloads or installations. Try temporarily disabling it to see if that helps, then re-enable it afterward for protection.

Let me know if any of these steps work, or if you see any specific error code. Visit website for more information. Good luck!
