HP Recommended

HP pavilion 360. Can't connect to facebook.com or open facebook app.  Had been working,  Account works on my android phone.  I have cleared cache.  I have checked firewall.  I have downloaded a different browser.  I have repaired the app, reset the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  The error states waiting to long for response from facebook.  However, I can hop on my phone and it works.  Have also rebooted my internet connection, rebooted my pc.  Any suggestions at all will be appreciated.  Thank you.
