Hi @Pratap11
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
I understand your laptop is not powering on.
Let us start with a hard reset:
Turn off the computer.
Disconnect the AC adapter.
Remove memory cards from the card reader slot.
Disconnect all nonessential devices such as printers, scanners, external hard drives, and USB flash drives.
Note:
Do not disconnect your mouse, keyboard, or monitor.
With the AC adapter unplugged, press and hold the power button for approximately 20 seconds.
Reconnect the AC adapter, and then turn on the computer.
Note:
Be sure that you use the AC adapter that was shipped with the computer.
If the computer starts, reconnect the devices one at a time to determine which disc or device is causing the problem, and then continue troubleshooting.
If Windows does not start but the screen turns on, continue troubleshooting to test the hardware for failures
Test for hardware failures when Windows doesn't start

You could respond with:
it sounds like a BIOS issue might be preventing your laptop from turning on. Have you tried resetting the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery or accessing the BIOS menu? If not, you may need professional assistance.
