Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi! I recently moved a lot of my old stuff out of my storage unit and into my house, which included a desktop (HP All in one) that I had forgotten about. I tried booting it up and while it was still fairly fast to boot up, once I tried to login to either of my for some reason two admin accounts, neither would accept my password and told me to reset them. So I did. I was able to login to one of the accounts from my phone just fine once the password was reset, but on the computer it still says the password is wrong. I then attempted to back up my files and then factory reset. I was able to transmit some files (atleast, supposedly. I have not tested them yet for fear of transmitting viruses to my other laptop), however my computer will not reset, and give me an error message “cannot reset the PC. A required drive partition is missing” I am very confused and simply want to reset my desktop because I would really enjoy having the capability to use my desktop AND the laptop I have.
