Product: HP Z2 Tower G9 Workstation Desktop PC (4Y0H8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

MY HP  ScanJEt Pro 3500f1 was working properly on my new Desktop Workstation for a couple of weeks. It suddenly failed and I am unable to reinstall it on Windows 11Pro. When i want to open the scanner I receive the message: Can't find the flatbedscaner. The WIA is on automatic, but the Scaner ist not shown under the devices. I have HP Pavillon, Windows 11home and there the scaner works. Can anybody help me?
