Hello everyone, I've been looking for a GPU that would be compatible with my motherboard. Here are the current specs I own.
If anyone can tell me what GPUs (graphics cards) I can get, it'd be appreciated. 100-200$ budget.

Please take a look at this link where you'll find lots of GPU options which are compatible with your HP Pavilion Desktop PC 570-p0xx, such as the GTX 1050, GTX 1050-Ti, GTX 1080, even the RTX 2070 and the AMD RX 6700 XT: UserBenchmark: HP Pavilion Desktop PC 570-p0XX Compatible Components.
In terms of your less-than $200 budget, a GTX 1050-Ti 4GB can be purchased around $150 such as here: ASUS GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GDDR5 Graphics Card (PHGTX1050TI4G) | eBay, as the RTX 1080 and higher-performing GPU's are $300 and above.
Hope this helps.

Hi sorry but
the information here does not identify the exact model, it seems to me
It is important to know it, because you may not be able to install what you are told, for this small budget
See for example this model, visibly similar
it is mentioned a 180w power supply only, this may be a problem if so!
what is advised might not work
if you have to replace the power supply the budget is far too low
You should also indicate the type of graphics card you need exactly
And be careful, even if the indicated graphics card can work, it has already been used, it is mentioned:
Used: An item that has been used previously
personally, I would avoid

I showed you what HP Pavilion Desktop 570-p0xx Users can make work, but these folks almost certainly spend more money to get there. Yes, @Prométhée brought up some great points. Your 180 watt power supply is woefully underpowered for any of the cards I mentioned. You'll preferably need a 500 watt PSU, such as this very affordable unit as sold here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B014W3EM2W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1, which including s/h and tax would cost you an additional $50.
However, it must be said, your Lubin motherboard and computer case does not present a particularly easy graphics card upgrade platform given its very tight fits with connectors and wiring. Therefore space-wise, you'll need a compact/mini single-fan GPU that fits inside and doesn't hit any of the cabling &/or your RAM slots.
Long story short, your $300 budget almost certainly isn't going to get you where you want to go. Here is a YouTube video clip with someone upgrading an HP Pavilion 570-p0xx desktop: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LVlpKg_0B4c to give you a nice GPU upgrading overview.
