The link in your post is an AOL advertisement that I cannot load in Chrome.

 

The warning means there is mixed (unsecure) content in a secure web page.

 

This may be bad or not material. It depends on what you are doing.

 

You don't want unsecure web page content when entering logon data at a banking or shopping site.
