Product: HP Notebook - 14-df0018wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP laptop powers on with a black screen and caps lock flashing five times. Flashing pattern is three slow, and two fast. Holding the Windows key and the B key worked a few times but now no luck. Please help. I just got this laptop last summer and haven't used it much at all.

Replace the CMOS battery (CR2025/CR2032) 3V (Voltage)
