I have a new HP Envy 34 inch All-In-One Desktop computer. I have downloaded the Foxit PDF Editor Pro 12 app that I purchased from Foxit in 2023. It runs fine on my HP desktop, but nothing happens when I click to open it on my new computer. If I try to run it as administrator, it says it cannot find the FoxitPDFEditor.exe file. I get an error message that the file cannot be found even if I try to run it directory from the exe file itself. How can it not find it if I'm clicking the file?

I've been in contact with Foxit, but they haven't come up with a solution. Do you have any ideas?

@mafranks

Did you pay license fee to activate it on new machine ? Please ask the vendor how to transfer license from old machine to new machine ?

Regards.

Yes I have a license for the app and have deactivated it on my old computer. After installing the app on my new computer it should ask for my activation key when I first run it, but when I try to open the app nothing happens. It's as though I never even clicked on the app. No message, nothing.
