Full size keyboard with french-canadian layout

I'm looking for a keyboard (full size) that has a french-canadian layout or multilingual.  The type where the regular US-layout "/ ?" key is replaced by a "É" key.  Or if multilingual, that same key has both markings, i.e. "/ ?" in one color and "É" in a different color.

I searched the HP Store (in french) but could not find any such keyboards.  But at the same time, I know HP sells in province of Quebec, so I suspect they must have such keyboards for sale somewhere..    

Anyone from"sales" who can help with this?

Could be part # 456624-121 which is N/A from HP Parts store

I saw it on eBay for A$31 , CPU Medics for C$35, Amazon,  Alan $25  .... HP won't allow me to post those links, please search yourself
