Hi All,
I'm really going mad with it... how can I set HP All-in-One 24 function keys to be normal?
I want to press F1 and get F1. Now when I want to be F1 pressed I have to press Fn+F1!!!!
Please... help...
I dont know which setting in bios is responsible for that function.
There is the topic https://support.hp.com/id-en/document/c02035108 but I have different bios.
My bios below
Greetings
Tom

@TomassoCee I'm afraid that information is accurate as certain models do not have the option or the access to such options are locked,
HP has locked a few settings on your computer which are being managed by the system configuration as the device is configured to its optimal performance.
There's no way of resetting or changing these locked settings via HP articles or assistance,
You could unlock and make changes at your own discretion using 3rd party tools, however, HP doesn't recommend the same nor has information about the tools used.
I hope that helps!

I have gone through your post and would like to help
In BIOS go to Advance and check if you have System Configuration
Thank you and have a great day

Hi,
it woulde be good tip if I had that kind of bios.
Finally I've asked HP... and they said... "you can't switch function keys mode in that model of our PC". Can you imagine?
Greetings

@TomassoCee I understand your concern, the reason its blocked is so that certain key settings aren't changed that may render the device unstable.

@TomassoCee There are high chances it may not work, although, you are free to try it at your own discretion as HP doesn't support or recommend doing the same.
Good luck!
