HP All in One -cr0025t

Hello, I have an HP that says 1.3 GHZ in the specs that I have had for one year. Windows 11/ 13 gen .  My new job wants me to have 2.1 GHZ for better.  I spoke to an HP rep and was told that this model runs up to 4.6.  I shared that with my boss and they said its not fast enough has to say 2.1 in the specs on the computer ...

What am I missing ? I am not so tech savvy.  I have searched for computers all day that say 2.1 or better on them or in the description but all I can find is the "up to" description, up to 4.6 or up to 5.  I thought that is what I ordered but it says 1.3 under GHZ.

Is the one I have ok if it says 1.3 and is my boss just not telling me exactly what is needed ?

Thank you

You probably have an Intel Core i5-1335U with base speed of 1.3ghz.

The  bus speed of your system is probably 100mhz

Go get from 1.3 to 2.1 the speed multiplier needs to be bigger or equal to 21

Install this application to Verify CPU speed using this tool (CPU-Z)

Enter Edit Power Plan in the windows search bar and bring up the advanced power plan.  Select processor performance

Enter the phrase 'edit power plan' in the window search box
Then select the 'Advanced' tab

Change the %5 to a larger value while watching  CPU-Z
Raise the minimum up until you see 2.1ghz

save settings.  Do for both battery and A/C power

Note that constantly running your laptop at higher performance than you really need will shorten it's lifespan.

thank you so much I appreciate you taking the time, do you have any suggestions for a desktop that does/can run faster all the time and not effect the lifespan as I will need this for work for a long time ?
