There have been a number of times I’ve played on this all-in-one and the games on Steam are not as fast I’ve seen on video. My recent play ended up freezing and crashed, it exit to the home screen. I’d like to know if there a way to fix this problem.

The performance of a game that you see in a demo has nothing whatsoever to do with the actual performance you will experience on any specific PC.
The HP All-in-Ones are basically big laptops with external mice and keyboards. They are designed to be used for stuff like office work and web browsing. They are not designed to be gamer machines.
Decent gaming laptops START at $1000 and are built specifically for gaming -- with the processors and video chips needed to support that. You can easily spend $3500 - $5000 for a high-end gaming laptop, and if you want the best available, $10,000.
