Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Yes, you can.
According to these specs, your HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-2165z is powered by a 310-watt power supply -please verify.
There are power supply upgrades available (400- and 500-watt), but a low power RTX 3050 6GB (2x HDMI 2.1 + 1x DisplayPort 1.4a video outputs) would be a great fit without having to upgrade your 310-watt power supply, such as this model: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/msi-rtx-3050-low-profile-6-gb.b11696.
Kind Regards,
