I got the computer for Christmas, and immediately had issues. The HDMI ports 1 AND 2 on the bottom section didn't work, and haven't up to this point still. I can run a desktop on the one extra HDMI port just above the fan and Red Yellow and Blue AV cable ports. This is honestly annoying, as I want to be able to run both a monitor for gaming and a TV for watching Twitch. I have used many HDMI cables, all that work well on other devices and work connecting my main monitor. I believe that it's a hardware issue, maybe I was sold a broken PC? Who knows, but if there is a fix software wise I'll be happy to go through with it as long as I don't have to delete all my files to do it.

Your machine has NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (3 GB) which has the following ports
Rear I/O connectors: Dual Link DVI-D + HDMI + 3 DisplayPort
Its specs
Other HDMI ports won't work because your machine has above video card therefore
Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed.
or above 2 HDMI ports won't be avaiable (ie Not working).
Regards.
