Printer icon says finish setting up on HP smart but it’s already set up and printing.

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App and try again.

I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again several times but still get the “Finish Setting Up” message. If I go to hpsmart.com all the information is correct. Regardless it’s printing fine from my phone or pc.

Uninstall the App, restart the computer and install it back.

Still get the same message in the hpsmart app. All the information is correct when I go to hpsmart.com and it’s keeping up with printed pages on my instant ink account and still printing just fine. The printer is doing everything I need it to do so should it matter what the app says? Will I still get ink when needed since the app shows the setup is not complete?

When you log in to your Instant Ink account, do you see your Printer online and connected?

Yes online and connected. Pages printed is accurate also. Occasionally when I open the app it shows connected and ready but then changes to the finish setting up.
