Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi all,
I have recently upgraded my bios version on my HP8300 Elite to Version 3.07 to find some issues booting fron a particular type of HDD.
What I would like to know is how to downgrade the Bios to Version 2.99 the last known working version.
Thanks in advance.
Dave

In checking the BIOS update files for v 3.07 it states: NOTE: Due to security changes, after loading this BIOS, older versions cannot be installed.

It would appear to be prevented in going back to V 2.99
I'm not an HP employee.
