HP 935 Creator Wireless Mouse

Hello, I got an HP 935 Creator Wireless Mouse a couple of days ago. It is connecting fine with USB or via Bluetooth to my Windows 11 OS laptop. However, the mouse is not showing up in the HP accessory center to customize. I have an HP Travel Mouse, which shows up fine but not the HP 935 Creator Wireless Mouse. I tried connecting to another Windows 10 laptop, and it shows up fine in that laptop but not in the Windows 11 laptop. I re-installed the HPAC application a couple of times from the Microsoft Store. I am not sure what the issue is. Is there anyway I can get an HP tech support contact number? I tried online but unable to find a direct technical support number.
