Hello,
This keyboard no longer does what is advertises to do.
It is essentially just another generic wireless keyboard.
The HPAC use to work under Windows 10, then I upgraded to Windows 11 and now the HPAC will not see the keyboard.
I have read the manual (what little there is).
I have paired and unpaired with Bluetooth.
I have used the dongle without success.
I have uninstalled and installed the HPAC software.
And I have restarted the system numerous times between trying these solutions.
Has anyone found a solution to this major problem? I see many other users reporting this happening, but I have yet to find a solution.
