HP Accessory Center does not identify my HP 970 Programmable Wireless Keyboard. The keyboard pairs seamlessly with Windows OS and I can use it, but the HPAC program does not recognize it. Interestingly, the first time I used the keyboard in HPAC it was recognized, but after a firmware update the problem described above occurred. I can't contact HP support because after entering the serial number, the form says "Please enter a valid serial number". My serial number is correct, it is written on the back of the keyboard in characters and QR code. I have found a similar experience with other users of the 970/975 type keyboard. All questions remain unanswered. This is not how I imagine support from such a large and well-known company as HP...

Hello,
My HP 970 Programmable Wireless Keyboard pairs with Windows but isn't recognized by HP Accessory Center after a firmware update. The serial number validation on HP's support form fails, leaving me without support. Other users reported similar issues with the 970/975 keyboards, yet there are no answers. This isn't the level of support I expect from HP.

Best Regards,
James Goff
