Product: HP Laptop PC 17-by4000 (18B36AV)

I have a new HP OmniStudio X 27" FHD (1920x1080) IPS Touchscreen All-in-One Desktop and new 970 keyboard the I am unable to connect it to HP accessory center, I find the keyboard on the page and click on it and I takes me to the Bluetooth and Devices page to connect it, (it is connected and working, I have debleated the program and reinstalled it and the keyboard as advised, I need to get into this program to customize my keyboard or send it back to HP for a refund!!
