HP Accessory Center doesn't work after updates

I have a HP 975 keyboard that I used to be able to control in HPAC but it no longer shows up there. WHen I try to add it it opens the Settings window for Keyboards etc. that shows HP970/975 connected. The keyboard is connected and is functioning normally - just can't update it or change the backlight settings becaise HPAC doesn't work.

apparently it's HPAC issue, HP needs to fix it asap. and btw.

funny enough, the same HPAC does show the HP Creator 935 mouse, that happens to be connected via the same USB dongle. but not the keyboard.

I'm thinking that the PID of the 975 keyboard is not being recognized by the HPAC, which should be easy to fix by an update of HPAC. But apparently they don't care....🙈
