HP 430 Multi-Device Wireless Mouse
Microsoft Windows 11

My newly purchased HP 430 mouse is connecting and working properly on the computer (using both the USB Receiver and Bluetooth) but HPAC is unable to detect it. The first time connecting to the computer the HPAC software did not get installed automatically as mentioned in the product manual, after manually downloading it from the Microsoft Store the device was not detected automatically nor if I select it from the "Add new device" list (where it shows the list of devices supported by HPAC). After clicking on the device name it just opens the "Bluetooth & devices > Devices" settings page and connecting the device there has no effect on the HPAC app.

Devices: HP 430 Multi-Device Wireless MouseAspire 7 A715-51G-527C Notebook

OS: Windows 11 23H2 (0S Build 22631.3007)
Things already tried: Reconnecting the mouse several times with Bluetooth and USB, Restarting the laptop several times, Reinstalling the HPAC app several times, Checking for driver updates through Windows Update and Devices Manager, Checking for HPAC updates on Microsoft Store.

My Verdict: The mouse is running on "Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant HID device" and "HID-compliant system controller" which are both Microsoft's drivers, I think there should be some HP driver involved for the customization functions to work, which is not getting installed automatically.

Please help me get the app working, thanks in advance.
