I received and set up new printer with HP All in Plan. I have been charged and the printer prints. On the HP Dashboard it shows the printer is not set up and the warranty status is pending. I would like to upgrade my plan and can't. I spoke to someone at HP a week ago and he basically told me to wait 48 hours and it would fix itself. That did not happen.

IF I understand what you are saying, the printer works -- All is well except the outdated paperwork.
Any change to an internal HP database requires access to private information.
I'm not sure whether pushing another request from our side will work --
That said, I will certainly send a note to our Moderators.
Should there be a response, look for a message here before the agent uses other methods to contact you.
