I had to reinstall everything on this old All in 1 desktop, and when i went to download drivers on HP;s webste product support page, theres nothing to be found, just a generic message "couldnt find drivers or software for your product".
It doesnt give me a choice to change OS, nothing.
Just wondering if someone can help me find drivers

It appears that HP has prematurely retired support for your PC.
They retire support for consumer class PC's that have reached 10 years of age and according to the specs, your PC is just a little over 9 years old (25-Sep-2015 release date).

Looking at the specs, I'm assuming you need the W10 drivers which I can provide to you from the hardware component manufacturer's websites.
You shouldn't need too many drivers.
Can't help you with any BIOS update files though.
Let me know the names of the devices that need drivers, such as smbus controller, PCI device and whatnot.
