HP All-in-One - 24-df0014 (Change default for F keys- stop requiring fn key to use these keys)

How do you change the F keys so you DON'T have to use fn in order to use them?  I can't find anything for this computer.  I want them to work by default and have the fn  key used for the other features, i.e. volume, play,, brightness, etc.

Any information will be greatly appreciated!!

I have already suggested several times the use of a software for configuring the keys, unfortunately we regularly report that it does not work!

Thank you.  I saw some previous instructions for other devices., but not the All-in-One model I mentioned.  I will try this later and hope.  I do have other keyboards, but I really like this one, which came with the pc.
