Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

We are the owners of `puntopost.mx`, a Mexican last-mile logistics company. HP Wolf
Security Credential Protection is showing a red "Warning: Credential Theft Blocked — HP
Credential Protection has blocked a known phishing site" screen on our own customer
sign-up page, `https://puntopost.mx/envia/autoservicio/`, making it impossible for users
on HP devices to register.

 

This is a false positive. Google Safe Browsing does not list the domain, urlscan.io shows
no malicious verdict across 69 public scans, the domain has been in continuous operation
since 2024 under the same registrant, and the site is served behind Cloudflare with a
valid TLS certificate. We suspect the misclassification is driven by automated
"suspicious new certificate" heuristics firing on our service subdomains.

We are not HP Wolf licensees ourselves, so we cannot open a support case — the contact
page requires a Tenant ID we do not have. Could someone from HP point us at the correct
channel for a **site owner** to request URL reclassification in HP Threat Intelligence?
Affected domains: `puntopost.mx` and `*.puntopost.mx`.

 

Happy to provide domain ownership proof or a DNS TXT record on request.
