HP Device Manager - HTTPS Repository - Update Agent Failed to Login

Hello,

I have installed and setup HPDM 5.0.11. All HPDM services are installed on a Windows Server 2019 box. Certs have been installed. Test with the HTTPS Master Repository are successful. Thin Client is seen in inventory. Can apply settings / reboot thin client via HPDM.  When i try to Update Agent, task is sent to / received by Thin Client, task fails:

the thin client i am testing with is remote. i have opened all ports to HPDM server -- nothing should be blocked
