Hi all,
I am new to using HPDM and am struggling massively. From what I've found online, there isn't a lot of good documentation on the application nor how to use it properly.
I would like some help with creating new images/templates/packages for HP thin clients, this includes updated Bios, updated app packages such as Citrix workspace, zoom VDI etc.
I managed to update the BIOS directly through USB on a thin client as it wasn't working when I downloaded the BIOS from HP update centre within HPDM. I'm hoping I can then add other app packages and use the capture package tool to create the image. Currently I am having trouble with downloading Citrix workspace app onto a device through HPDM. I have attached a screenshot of the logs.
