HP Recommended

I recently purchased a Hp Docking Station 784Q9AA which replaced model 5TW10AA which I was using and needed to return to Company. My old dock was working perfectly and I could extend my display and use 2 additional screens. However as soon as I connect my new Dock, It can only detect one screen. I tried all the know options like rebbot, change and switch ports, reboot etc, but it just does not work. Sometimes it works and then when I restart it goes off again. But as soon as I connect back to my old dock 5TW10AA, everything is fine and works perfectly. The supplier asked me for lot of details and finally gave a option  that I had already tried a few times. Did anyone have a similar issue?
