Hi, my HP Desktop Envy All in One has stopped working. I initially thought it was the cable as my dog has chewed a bit of it, the light at the back where the wire connects to the computer has a light on as normal, but the light above the on button is not on. I have tried holding the on button for 20 seconds as per instructions on google. I then bought another cable and having the same problem. Can anyone help? I can take to a computer person tomorrow but due to start work at 8am so would like to resolve this problem before then. Thanks in advance!
