Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I'm working for a School, and we have the same issue with 3 HP Pro Desk 400 G5 Desktop mini.

They aren't wake up after the sleep mode.

I know that HPIA is resolving this issue in most of case, so, I need to use it.

Unfortunately, it seems that HPIA is not compatible with Win 10 Education mode.

Can you please give me an advice ?

Best regards

@Globalis -- what keystrokes, or combination of keystrokes, have you tried?

Have you tried a solid "push" on the on/off button?

Within Windows Device Manager, what devices have the "property" to "wake" your computer?

Solution found by forcing the windows update with the external Windows installer.
