Product: Desktop-260-a011
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP support asst. keeps saying I need a HP Jump Start upgrade.  I do the upgrade and am notified that it was installed.  Two or Three days later, I need a HP Jump Start upgrade.  I install with a reply its OK.  Two or Three days later, again, same notice.  How do I stop this constant replete?

Please follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05241398 to help you register and start the Jump Start.

 

Once you have set it up and gone through the Registration, let me know if you keep getting the upgrade notification for Jumpstart
