HP Jump Start upgrade

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP support asst. keeps saying I need a HP Jump Start upgrade.  I do the upgrade and am notified that it was installed.  Two or Three days later, I need a HP Jump Start upgrade.  I install with a reply its OK.  Two or Three days later, again, same notice.  How do I stop this constant replete?

Once you have set it up and gone through the Registration, let me know if you keep getting the upgrade notification for Jumpstart
