Hi everyone, I am having an issue where my HP laptop freezes for a few seconds whenever I switch tabs in any browser. This happens in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, so it does not seem to be a browser-specific problem. The freeze is brief, but it happens repeatedly, especially when I have more than four or five tabs open. I have already checked Task Manager to see if the CPU or memory is spiking, but everything looks normal. I also tried disabling extensions and clearing the browser data, but the issue continues. This problem started recently, and I am unsure whether it is related to a driver update, system update, or something else. If anyone has experienced similar behavior or knows what I should check next, I would appreciate your advice. Thank you.

Greetings @sergioo12

I remember seeing sluggish browser behavior on older PC's due to insufficient memory. Windows would use the page file when physical memory was depleted. The PC becomes lethargic.

Browsers use a lot of memory when multiple browser tabs are opened.

How much physical memory is installed in your PC? What CPU does your PC have?

Regards
