macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Hi, I am using this printer wirelessly on two computers.  The one I am having trouble with is a Macbook Air running High Sierra 10.13.1.

The printer prints just fine (although the ink doesn't last as long as advertised) and it will scan to an email but I cannot get it to scan to a folder.

Any thoughts?

  • What type of documents do you usually print?
  • Printing photos consume more ink than printing documents/text on a regular paper.
