HP Orbit wont load following Microsoft April18 update

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I downloaded the APRIL 18 windows 10 update - Orbit will no longer launch from my laptop. My phone app cannot see the laptop as a device.

Hi,

 

I understand that HP Orbit is not loading after windows update

Please check the link below to resolve the issue :

Uninstall and reinstall HP Orbit and check.

So I uninstalled the preloaded App from my laptop as suggested and now I cant reinstall the app!!! I saw previous answers with a link to a download page but that cannot be reached now - any suggestions?
