0x800702E4: Cannot create the process for package AD2F1837.HPPCHardwareDiagnosticsWindows_2.7.2.0_x64__v10z8vjag6ke6 because an error was encountered while launching. [LaunchProcess]

 

I am getting the above error when I run HP PC Hardware Diagnostic Windows 2.7.2.0.  Anyone knows what's causing this?
