HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a127c.
Bluetooth has disappeared. In the Settings menu, the toggle button to switch Bluetooth off or on has disappeared. All devices that were once connected to my PC via Bluetooth now have a comment that says "Bluetooth not enabled". Updating drivers has not helped. I checked the BIOS menu and did not see a Bluetooth enable/disable feature to change. I'm at a loss as to what happened. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's possible the changes you made are being ignored because of fast startup loading old configuration
https://www.majorgeeks.com/content/page/how_to_turn_fast_startup_on_or_off_in_windows_10.html
disable fast startup, shut the system down, and just to be sure unplug the power cable for 10 or 20 seconds then turn back on
if that doesn't work post back here
