I'm confused.  HP PCs come with all the HP drivers already preloaded for all the hardware on the PC.  There should be no reason for seeing a problem like this.

So have you replaced the OS on this PC?  Or did you buy this used?

Hi, @Velogrod 

You need this driver which will install both devices.   Restart the PC after installing the driver.
