Product: Envy Phoenix
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello HP Community.  Had to move my box to my desk.  Envy emits bright red light.  I found the HP Phoenix Control software. But is is non responsive. I can change all the settings except the Lighting mode.  Tab is in the "off"  I updated all my drivers.  Uninstalled and reinstalled the HP Phoenix Control software, Tried installing it with my anti virus off, Googled for solutions, Allowed the program to make changes to my computer, tried opening it as run as an administrator.  Same thing always. The program is unresponsive.  It is like there is not a run, apply or go to activate the program.

Does anyone else use this program to control the lights emitted from their Envy?  Or have you used it?
