About 15 years ago I purchased a Hewlett Packard PhotoSmart 215 digital camera. It came with a software disc with a pretty cool and easy to use PhotoShop type program (on a seperate disc).
Over the years as I've upgraded computers I've always reinstalled this program. I really like it and love manipulating photos with it.
Now I've upgraded to a Pavilion 27-n190st and it appears it will not let the disc load.
Does anyone know why HP is not supporting their own HP software on one of their own HP computers? Or how I can get this disc to load?
On the cover of the disc it reads "hp photosmart 215" "camera software" "ArcSoft" "C8890-15300". I guess this link will not allow me to download the pics I took to show a better description.
Any help from you really smart computer folks would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi,
Arcsoft is a different company. HP and Arcsoft may have a contract for few years to include Arcsoft program to HP cameras. 15 years now, new cameras come out every second week and many more similar software or better around. If you still like Arcsoft software, please try:
http://www.arcsoft.com/index.html
you can buy from there.
Regards.
