From boot up runs at full speed after few minutes its work in normal mode. There is no variability. Its happened after update BIOS and windows 10 with adding Bitlocker features. And I increased the hidden space on the disk by about 1 GB for installing Bitlocker, the disk was supplied with about 500 MB of this space before, In next update system to Windows 11 this problem not solved. After boot logon speed fan cooler working in high speed. Maybe need reset BIOS to manufacture condition - how to do this and this not dangerous. Reagrds Gumir

A PC fan running at full speed for some short time after the PC starts is not an unusual thing. It's running some checks in the background and loading startup apps and drivers, and those take computing power to do.
So how long is it actually running fast after you start it?

Hi WAWood! The fan runs extreme (approx.) 1 - 2 mins, then switches to standard mode. However, this is the first time I have encountered this, although I have several HP computers (+ HP Pavilion 23 AIO Desktop / HP ENVY x360 15 Laptop) and they have never been started in this mode. Also, even when working in Adobe Premiere / After Effects applications and when rendering videos, etc. the fan works in a stronger mode, BUT NOT IN SUCH VERY LOUD state. This worries me. Also, because of this it worked fine. At the beginning I went through all the options, checking for viruses and suspicious programs.
I reinstalled Windows 10 and Windows 11 twice, completely. The PS itself works in Sure Start, I went through various options for installing native programs from HP, now I only have it installed only three apps HP Support Assistant / HP Privacy Settings / HP Desktop Support utilities. I set the last two programs to prohibit running in the background, but the problem did not go away. Sometimes during operation, the fan starts working intensively again for a while.
Also last year I added an extra SSD (1gb) and increased the memory to 32 (all Samsung). After that everything worked fine. I suspect that such problems began after updating the BIOS version in this year or updating windows 10/11 with BitLocker feature.
I have one important question for you and others, which I asked before. I want to roll back the BIOS version to factory settings through the BIOS settings panel (F10). 1. Is this possible without a bootable flash drive or something else (I don’t have data from the old BIOS version)? 2. After such a reset, the computer will be operational. ChatGPT explained - that it is safe, BUT I want to hear this from a specialist or support employee of HP. Thanx

I can't advise your regarding BIOS options and updates because we get posts here every day from folks who did BIOS updates only to have their PC trashed on them. Of course, we don't see the BIOS updates and rollbacks that DO work, but we do see lots that fail.
I don't know anything about HP SurStart, so can't advise you there.
This forum is designed to help provide answers to issues that can be addressed in a few questions -- throwing everything you have at this, including ChatGPT, creates a real mess that no one is going to be able to work remotely.
To get your issues addressed properly, you need someone to do hands-on investigation of your computer and its issues -- and we can't so that from here, nor do we have any way to send Technicians to you or to arrange for work in Service Centers.
