HP Sprout Pro

In the HP Sprout Workspace app, selecting "3D Capture" results in a white error screen that says "Sprout is experiencing difficulties. Please try again later". In my research and troubleshooting I've found it may be related to HPs 3D store no longer being accessible? Any other thoughts or workarounds?
