Product: HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000a (2Z6C9AV)

HP Support Assistant doesn't load or work.  Reading other posts, there is some issue with the app that can only be solved by removing the app.  The problem is that one cannot find it in Control Panel/Programs.  Advice to fix runs through all the standard stuff: make sure you have the latest version of Windows, BIOS, some net thingy.  None of it works.

 

One advice was to talk to an HP Software Engineer who could perhaps remotely find the app where it is hiding on your C: drive.

 

Tell us what the name of the software is on C: Drive so we can delete it.
