HP Recommended
Envy 750-567cb
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HP Support Assistant is showing that I have 10 Updates available.  Three have red circles, (which I assume are critical),  4 have yellow circles (which I assume are important) and 3 have blue circles (which I assume are optional or recommended).  When I selected the three with red circles, it appears that the download and installation is progressing and all of a sudden, a box pops up that states:  Installation complete and also states: Installation cancelled.  This also happens when I just try to install one update.  Why is this happening?  Do I need to go to the support page for my computer and download the service packs and install them seperately?  I did sign into my HP account within the HP Support Assistant.  I solved my problem by downloading the most recent version of the HP Support Assistant from the HP Support Assistant website.  All is well.HP SupAsst cancel.JPG
